WebDiet currently has a team of 10 talented people, and was founded by Craig Gold and Wendell Brown in 2008 in Henderson, Nevada.

Craig Gold is the CEO and co-founder of WebDiet. Craig has co-founded successful Silicon Valley startups including innovative VoIP companies such as eVoice (acquired by AOL Time-Warner in 2001), the first company to successfully unite email, web, wireless, and phone access and control for voicemail messages, and Teleo (acquired by Microsoft in 2005), the first commercial-quality, PC-based softphone solution to be fully integrated with Microsoft Office. Craig has also known success as a seed investor in Liveops, the nation's leading outsourced call center company, and IronPort (acquired by Cisco in 2007), the leading email security provider for small businesses. Craig has also enjoyed national and international success as an award-winning New York Times best-selling author with a series of inspirational books. His global hit "Open Your Mind, Open Your Life" has been published in 7 languages. In addition to literary success, since childhood Craig has studied and practiced sport, nutrition, and holistic wellness. He is fluent in Japanese and proficient in Spanish, and is a lifetime world citizen, having lived and worked on 4 continents and visited more than 30 nations.

Wendell Brown is the co-founder and Chairman of WebDiet. Prior to WebDiet, Wendell has enjoyed a successful 20-year track history as a serial entrepeneur and technological visionary. Wendell co-founded many companies that have pioneered advances in the VoIP industry, including eVoice, Teleo and LiveOps. LiveOps received VC funding from Benchmark and Menlo Ventures and has achieved multiple quarters of profitability, pre-IPO in 2008 with $100M+ in annual revenues, and is headquartered in Palo Alto. Teleo won the coveted "DEMO God" award at the Spring 2005 DEMO show, and was acquired by Microsoft in August 2005. eVoice won Product of the Year from Communications ASP Magazine as the most innovative new VoIP technology in 2000, received $80M+ VC funding from Nokia Ventures, Oak Worldview and American Express, and was acquired by AOL in 2001. In addition to Wendell's success as a pioneering inventor and executive, he is also an active angel investor in various Silicon Valley startups including IronPort (acquired by Cisco in 2007) and has consulted to global leaders in industry including The Walt Disney Company, National Semiconductor, and many more.
